I know most of you guys who is reading this thread is wanting to play S4 league. Its a fun game and most of all you get to kill all those b*tches out there. So yeah, I am making this post to help all you desperate players.
First off, download ultrasulf. http://www.ultrareach.com/download_en.htm. This is not a keylogger or something that takes your password or anything. Its just a simple proxy that changes your ip into US, i think.
Run ultrasurf. It will show an old internet browser (guys, dont be deceived by the looks)
Browse through S4 league registration form using the browser above. Create your NEW accounts using the ultrasurf internet browser.
And thats it! Play the game :) Enjoy.

so in simple terms we just need to change the country ip during registration?
